Z gets the 2 year cycle it lost for ORAS & SM originally, probably ends up as the best and most polished Switch Pokemon game if it’s anything like PLA but with more content and dev time, plus I’m much more interested in Kalos as a setting and as a story than I was in Sinnoh, so this is shaping up to be a sick final Switch release before Gen 10 shows up for the 30th anniversary on the new console. Ever since the SwSh DLC, I’ve been cautiously optimistic about the series, and aside from BDSP which wasn’t even GF, it’s paid off. If we really don’t get anything until Legends in November of next year, and then Gen 10 in November of 2026, that is perfect.
