-Humanoid Jobmon Starters
-Washed out models with minimal animations/posing (especially sky battle victims), re-used in every game since
-Whole postgame is a battle facility and a 2 hour extra story chapter (which is paid DLC as of Sw/Sh)
-Extremely easy bosses
-Regional gimmicks
-Value of shinies cut in half
Also just generally unfinished with lots of empty areas and Zygarde lore pushed into Sun/Moon
The only thing Kalos did great was improving the social aspect of the game, adding the PSS, easier breeding mechanics, more accessible hidden abilities, and trainer customization
