They didn't stutter, but /vp/ has been well fucking wrong with predicting their releases from their stated timeframes (SS DLC announced to fully launch by end 2020, /vp/ assumed a delay, DLC released June and October 2020, L;A itself, "early 2022", /vp/ assumed "it needs delayeded, so it amn't coming until november '22", also assumed no Gen 9 '22, SV DLC announced for fall and winter release, /vp/ onc e agian assumed it would have to be delayed/early '24 release, package released when Game Freak stated it would).
I don't give a fuck what your monkey brain thinks it's entitled to, I'm looking at what the devs say and they're spinning a different story to the one you are.
