He creates poorly drawn Pokémon images, most of which include Delcatty. This images are often edgy, including elements of real world history or events. The Pokémon Islam comics are his most well known work. He makes threads about his drawing with a particular larp. He pretends to be the father of a son who is very edgy and disobedient and who hates newer Pokémon. You can search, ‘my son’ on the archives to get an idea of what those threads are like.
But he also posts in many other threads, usually ‘avatarfagging’ with one of his drawings. When he does, he usually derails the thread, resulting in either him getting banned or the thread getting deleted. This attitude pisses many people off on this board but has also attracted a lot of fans who enjoy stirring up shitstorms themselves.
He also posts in current team threads and is known for the guy who always has a Delcatty on his team, usually beating the game using mostly that Pokémon.
