Yes, and ADHD-riddled zoomzooms can't survive the slow pace of the gen 4 engine or the chibi graphics of the remakes. (Admittedly most Sinnoh chads can't survive the remakes either, but for other reasons.)

Is not, it's a turbulent weather phenomenon. Hail forms as small ice particles keep getting blown up and down in the atmosphere because of strong convection, growing in layers with each cycle. Sleet is just rain that fell through a freezing cold layer of air and turned to ice as it fell. It isn't nearly as large or damaging as hail can get.

Your reading comprehension needs a look. The post said DP and clarified Plat added more later. DP literally only had Snover and Sneasel. Rotom also wasn’t added to the regional dex until Plat (along with its forms), and its forms were all Electric/Ghost until Gen V. Thanks for outing your new.
