So can you guys remind me why exactly is SwSh supposed to be "bad"? Because objectively speaking, the game is pretty solid:
>A combination of linear and non-linear map design (best of both worlds)
>Great new Pokémon designs like Drednaw, Wooloo, etc
>Interesting human characters
>Memorable locations like Ballonlea and Glimwood Tangle
>Nice graphics
>Fantastic variety of Trainer Customization options
>A cool gimmick like Dynamax/G-max (vastly superior to the Terastalization crap)
>Pokemon like Gengar, Steelix, Rhyperior, etc can be encountered in the wild, without need for trading
>A Battle Tower (unlike SV)
>A cool side activity like League Card customization
>An amazing DLC that adds Isle of Armor, Crown Tundra, Restricted Sparring, Dynamax Adventures, two cool new storylines, new Pokemon, new characters, Galarian Star Tournament, etc.
SwSh (+DLC) is probably the best Pokemon game on the Switch, and it's much, much better than SV, imo.
