doing it wrong. you stick it on the pokemon in the lead and get boosted xp. you can nave a whole team of 6 and easily keep up with levels this way. skill issue.

Honestly if XY didn't fumble its leveling curve so badly oldfags would be easier on Exp All. A romhack I played recently had both a powerful Exp All and a hard level cap that only raises every time you beat a gym leader. Being 2 levels stronger than a gym leader is fine, 10 levels is a bit yikes however.

For triggering my autism, I will reply to you. Exp Shares being that limited didn't really hinder any game other than HGSS, but thats more on its level and exp distribution being fucking ass with little ways to counter it.

Gen 6 was literally the only time it was unbalanced. Every other game is harder than the DS games even with shared exp. I think retards just assume every game is balanced identically to XY.

There’s nothing magic about me wanting to switch out my Torracat sitting in front of an Araquanid with a rain boost to a more suitable party member which can pull its own weight thanks to exp share instead.

Which do you think has a more favorable matchup against Lt Surge in FRLG? My lv36 Charizard, or my lv14 Oddish which has gotten almost no exp because it’s worse than my Charizard and there’s no shared exp?

but if you just rotated your Pokemon constantly they would all get enough exp to pull their own weight, and then you would have 6 Pokemon at equal strength, instead of 1 overpowered Pokemon. it's not the games fault you don't play it properly
