Actually, you're technically right. As hated as SWSH are, Legends is part of gen 8 and everyone loves the latter. That makes gen 6 the most hated with the XY ORAS soulless combo

i remember going to the store and buying pokemon Y on launch because the box legendary on X looked like some faggy shit, but years later i only replay X because xerneas is the only fairy type i use in that game since it fits perfectly on my team and yveltal turned out to be a boring and uninspired "here's your dragon box legendary, gotta have 'em!"-mon
