Hoenn priveleye from all the shilling Gen3 gets due to being the first “standalone” region after KANTOOOO
Being broken as fuck
Slight boost due to being fire type
Was the “shill starter” of its trio
The other Hoenn starters get overshadowed for their earlier stages Grovyle and Mudkip
Meanwhile Decidueye is SFMA, got ovehadowed by its own prevo, had for compete with BaraTigerofHealthyMeta, and got replaced with regional.

Iirc May got Torchic before Ash had a Hoeen starter. If May hadn’t gotten Torchic Ash likely would have gotten it
Also Blaziken appeared in the Johto era and even took down CHARIZARD.
