FRLG didn’t make Kanto less barren
HGSS was bloated with stupid shit no one cares about like mini games and following Pokémon, didn’t make any Johto Pokémon easier to get and kept Johto as a tiny hick region with no culture other than being a backyard to KANTOOOOOOOOOOOO
ORAS was too lazy to put in a battle frontier, ruined Mauville, and ruined Hoeen’s story
Maybe Unova’s remake might be good but it’s never getting one because Unova filter Kanturds too much.

But BDSP is certainly better than "Sinnoh with dynamax" or "Hoenn with megas and shittier designs"

No, they didn't. They all took elements of Arceus and incorporated the into their forms. The fact it looked so seamless too (fitting the different parts to each other form a shape of Arceus' pokémon form) seems to me as if this was cut content from Gen 4, something they couldn't fully realise so just went with Origin Giratina for Platinum and sat on it until they could re-visit them.

They did that in BDSP
except without DW (lvl 100 Giratina fight instead), but with following pokemon

P.S. gen 4 engine wasnt slow
