It's all one timeline (multiverse, remember?). SM had Red and Blue show up as 20 year olds in a meta reference to the 20th anniversary. But that can only happen if the events of Gen 1 happen ten chronological years between the events of SM. But even then, Gen 1 and 3 occur simultaneously, Gen 2 and 4 happen around the same time with a three year gap, there's 10 real-world years happening in the time it takes for 3 in-game years to pass.
But then we have dickheads like you and whoever made that graphic who don't pay attention to the games, then try and meme a history for the series.

If the events of Alola happen 10 years after Kanto, Mina couldn't be a trial captain, since they retire at 20.

Most franchises don't have literal confirmation of this being the truth. The Delta episode canonized it. It's stupid, but you're more stupid to ignore it...
Although you'd be smart to also notice that by canonizing it, it also implies that EVERY GAME is its own universe with its own timeline, which kind of fucks things over when you're trying to put together a timeline, now doesn't it?

I'd say every timeline is somewhat similar.
Like every copy of Ruby and Sapphire are mostly the same, only real differences are the protagonists name, gender and the Pokemon they end up catching.

So perhaps the timeline occurs in an order that's mostly the same with each parallel universe of each individual copy of a game being it's own game in it's own timeline.

Like for example Kanto happens before Johto in most timelines, just the specific vents in Kanto and Johto will vary slightly.

ORAS could take place in a different time from RSE. There’s an NPC in ORAS that says merely 10 years ago Pokemon centers used to have an upper floor (referencing how there was an upper floor for the trading and battling in older games). Also if ORAS takes place at the same time as the events of RBY in the mega timeline then Wally should be around the same age or slightly younger than Red and Blue, yet he looks as old as he does in ORAS. A popular PLA theory that I've seen suggests that the PLA protagonist is either the BDSP protag or Rowan's Assistant and their actions in the past creates a new timeline where Platinum takes place.

Another theory is that they're the DP protagonists/Prof Assistant whose actions lead to BDSP where the protag of that game is their descendant who, after completing their journey, finds the Azure Flute in their room and ends up meeting Arceus with it, just like their ancestor did. That also explains the book in the Canalave Library that hints at the PLA Manaphy event.

Basically it's a version of the real world where Pokémon exist. Perhaps they ended up in our world through wormholes?

Plus I recall in one of Giovanni's quotes in Pokémon Go that he said they were from another timeline. Perhaps another where Team Rocket was successful but not the one where Rainbow Rocket Giovanni came from.

Giovanni's appearances in both GO and Masters heavily imply that he's just left the USUM universe. And the fact that we can send Pokémon from GO to the main series means that just like Orre and the Ranger games, our world is canonically part of the Pokémon universe.

Probably not the case, aside from a single camera which is slightly anachronistic (and Pokemon technology is incredibly anachronistic in the supposed present day) , it's more likely set during the Meiji Restoration based on the information given in the game and the entire setting. This would place it more 130-100 years ago. If you're making an assumption about a game that isn't even released yet you're going to have a bad time. The Encyclopedia information seems like it could be relevant, but we also know from Kurt that Pokeballs are older than was established in that book. Minor retcon, unfortunately.

Some depictions of a multiverse have every universe in the same "place" but on a different "frequency" like if you've read comic books it's like how The Flash vibrates himself to different universes, basically the Meteor would get shifted away but still maintain trajectory just in a new universe at least that's what she thought

ORAS is definitely is a different universe, but somehow both it and Emerald have representation in Sun & Moon (ORAS Wally, Emerald Anabel), so there must have been some kind of convergence. But it's implied ORAS takes place later than RS would have normally, there are tons of references to how things used to be in Hoenn "10 years ago" or "12 years ago" depending on the subject.

I'd love to discuss, but I just don't have the energy to type a whole essay or make infographics. I'll just leave a screencap of my hypothesis from a previous timeline thread and an update on my ORAS.
I'm with full assumption now that ORAS takes place in 2014. Along with the usual Wii U in player's bedroom and the references to RS and the timespan between it and ORAS, there's also the Hoenn News Network revealing the ages of several characters, in particular is Professor Takao Cozmo who is 40 in ORAS. In Sea Mauville, there are letters written by him back when he was a kid sent to his dad. Elsewhere, an old game system with two screens different from the 3DS can be found on a shelf. This is most likely a multi-screen Game and Watch, first released in 1982*, making Takao 8 at the time, corroborating with the letters.
*I'd wager the closure of Sea Mauville is somewhere around 1982 - 1986 given the evidence.
