It may put enemies to sleep because Secret Power changes its effect depending on the terrain, also attacks first. Headbutt and Rock Slide also help.
Relaxed nature, 0 Spe IVs, Max HP, Max Defense and Assault Vest, but if you feel confident, run Coil.
Its partner must be Oranguru because of Instruct and Trick Room, and Rillaboom puts the terrain (with grassy glide, it doesnt matter if he is too fast for TR)
