Flat models are preferred (unless it's a plus-size campaign) because the focus should be on clothes and big boobs get in the way and twist the outfit in ways that might be unintended.
Models should look aesthetically pleasing but not stealing the attention away from the clothes.
Except nowadays people forgot the point of modelling and use it as a political statement to endorse obesity (given, they used to endorse anorexia and both extremes are bad).

Rika definitely looks like she could be a model because she's flat and looks androgynous in an aesthetically pleasing way.
