I've had an idea for a Steelix that was hit by Lysandre's ultimate weapon's beam while it was underground in XY, and was permanently mega evolved there. It gradually became much different over the course of twelve years in Z-A and becomes a Steel/Fire type.

This guy should've been named Blood Moon rather than Ursaluna and be treated as paradox Pokemon. It doesn't evolve from Ursaring and its effectively the same as Roaring Moon and Salamence. The story could've been the characters trying to find this rare Ursaluna but it turns out what they were looking for was actually a paradox Pokemon.

If they ever do a Legends game set in Johto, I hope we get a Gyarados variant like this. Something which evokes the plot-mandated Red Gyarados, while also being distinct from both the original and Mega Gyarados.
