Surprisingly Metang is having a redemption arc and is actually pulling through for me on occasion, strat still mostly came down to Delphox handling Arcanine and funnily enough abusing the sun Hardy himself sets to nuke Zoroark with Mystical Fire, afterwards he sent in Type: Null, I send in Forretress, spam Spikes, damage the chimera doggo until it's forced to use Rest and wast it's chesto berry, send in Metang, fish for Metal Claw attack boosts, which surprisingly happened fairly often for once, then it handles the Scizor, I might have to turn off items at some point because I'm already very sick of potion spam, the rest was pretty much just picking his team one by one.

I decided to pick up AFRICANVS/Africanus recently. I thought it would be the most fucking insane thing and it kind of is, but I also kind of like it. In this scene, just have sirius lead off with a surprise attack flamethrower, you and aya both jump out of the way but she on the other side of the flame wall it leaves and then he grabs her
sure theres a lot of ways to get over that (water pokemon etc) but at least its SOME reason

This is a long time investment sort of thing, if you invest 25 credits into the Jinx Guild you get some neat stuff, an item finder, a sun stone, access to Natu.....which can be found not much later on an optional area anyway, and most important for shiny autists, the Cellia Sparkles, this stuff will turn any Pokemon shiny and you do get one for free if you invest into this place, the issue is well.....they're expensive, very expensive.

Was gonna bring it up earlier, but for those interested, you can get Politoed really early in the game, you just need a Poliwag that you can easily find in one of the first areas in Kenneph, a king's rock which you get via a quest I think or by exploring, don't recall and a link stone, which you get by doing a quest in Addenfall.
