No.56183762 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
> There's a Pokémon presents happening on August 7th, this is where the first gameplay trailer for Z-A will be shown. Starters are Totodile, Snivy, Litten. I don't know much about this trailer but do expect the starter reveal to happen there.

> During World Championships there will be new trailers for tcg and vg. Announcement for tcg is the return of Tag Team cards, now named Tag Team EX cards, Koraidon and Miraidon tag team ex card will be shown off. TCG Pocket will reveal its first expansions. For VG, they will announce future home compatibility betweem Scarlet/Violet and Legends Z-A, but only for the missing Kalos Pokémon in the Paldea dex (no new Pokémon will be transferable). They will also tease mega kalos starters.

There will be a Legends Z-A demo available for World Championships attendees. Many content creators have been invited to the championships mainly to try out the game.

Legends Z-A gameplay:

> Legends Z-A returns to the semi-open world formula from Legends Arceus. It doesn't feel limited though, thanks to the new exploration mechanics.
> The synchronization mechanic from SV returns in a much greater scale. The synchro mechanic replaces the ride Pokémon (except for gogoat) and offers new ways to explore. During the demo, players may:
- Explore the city's skyline as Talonflame, in a similar fashion to PLA's Braviary and SV's Koraidon/Miraidon flying mode. Sky diving with Talonflame is specially fun.
- Dive into the depths of Lumiose City's canal with Lanturn, using the Pokémon's abilities to light up the darkest corners of the city's underdepths.
- Take a walk around Lumiose with Gogoat (ride Pokémon, not synchro)
- Track down wild Pokémon and items with Furfrou (similar to PLA's Ursaluna)
- Race through the Lumiose City canal with Gyarados, way faster than Lanturn, but can't dive.
