I think TMs being infinite use makes more sense lore wise.

I mean, I literally cannot conceive of any good lore reason to make TMs Single Use.

Even with TRs they would make more sense being infinite use as well, seeing as vinyl records can be used multiple times, though I do understand why they break after a single use for game balance reasons.
