Now that the novelty is no longer novel because XY is 11 years old was it really worth all but two psuedos sharing a type? Was it really worth not getting more dragon Pokémon with combinations of types that aren't dragon? Aren't pretty much all Dragon Pokémon and characters possible to exist just as cool if not cooler in a world with just 16 types? Can't the dragon clan still exist without the dragon type?
