Blud, I've fought Cynthia countless times and it's usually her Roserade that's last to go down. The scary about Garchomp is it can come out at ANY time and oneshot my Lv80 Meganium before I have a chance to set up with 6 X Attack items. Forcing an NPC's best option to only come out last for ebin cinematic purposes is actually removing a lot of the threat.
