In his second battle (the one at Silph co.), he has a pure Poison-typed Nidorino alongside his pure Normal-typed Kangaskhan (or Persian in the case of Yellow version).
In HeartGold and SoulSilver he has a Dark/Flying Honchcrow alongside his pure Normal-typed Kangaskhan.
In Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, in the Battle Agency, he has access to a pure Fire typed Aracanine, a Grass/Psychic Exeggutor, a Water/Flying Gyrados, and of course his pure Normal-typed Kangaskhan.
Boy, I hope you are EMBARRASSED for this mistake!
