Isn't ZA also Gen 9 though? When was it announced that Gen 10 is going to be on the Switch? I thought everyone was "sure" Switch 2 or whatever would be announced this fall or some shit. Even then it isn't "held back" by the switch since the switch is the most powerful console Pokemon has ever been on so far. The lack of quality isn't due to hardware limitations is what I'm saying.
