What the fuck were they thinking with this team? Literally 4/6 of the team are weak to fighting and ground types.

Steven is a fossil maniac who's last name is literally Stone so it makes sense with him. Why the fuck do N and Diantha have fossils?

it's especially bad because the whole thematic about N's teams through out the entire game is that he uses what's necessary in his area and releases them after. now he uses fossil pokemon that you can't catch in the wild, and wouldn't be able to talk to, because, you know, they're dead. they just gave 0 fucks at this point lol

-Childhood companion.
-Mirrors N as a mimicker (N pretends to be a pokemon, Zoroark pretends to be a human)
Represents N's character(Zoroark's are overprotective and passionate) and his desire to change the environment(society) around him to his liking, much like how Zoroarks can change the environment with illusions.

Game design is serious business, like physical Electric type Pokemon or special Rock type Pokemon barely having any decent STABs to make use of their higher attacking stat. If Volt Tackle wasn't exclusive to Pikachu and Aurorus had Power Gem, it would be bad game design. This is why ROM hacks that do exactly this are objectively bad, since they effectively shit on the thought and hard effort that Game Freak put into their games.
