Is Zoroark the perfect example of how NOT to try and create a cool Pokemon? Gamefreak clearly wanted it to be similar how Lucario is viewed when it comes to D/P/P and yet.. It flopped. But why?

Well let's go over the obvious

>You could not get one in B/W without having to sign up online and go through various event nonsense that lots of people just did not have the time or patience for so your only chance to get one would be via the GTS which was a random lottery when it came to nicknames and natures/IVs
>It's ability to shapeshift is fun but prevents you from even seeing new Pokemons cool design until after it gets hit, the AI ingame just ignore that ability as they can see through it and in online battles it's pointless due to the team viewer meaning your fo knows you have one on your team
>Is meant to be a fast special attack due to special attack being it's highest attack and yet the only STAB dark type special moves it gets are dark pulse which you need to breed one to get or wait all the way until the very end of postgame at level 64 for it to learn Night Daze and even then it's only an 85 power move

Just how did Gamefreak screw this guy up so badly?
