In gen 4 I'd pick turtwig only because the other two are worse than it. In gen 5 i was forced into picking an uninteresting starter twice (snivy) and thus I never finished white 2.
When gen6 was revealed I was hyped for fennekin and yveltal but then they revealed THAT evolution and thus I never bought a 3ds.
