That was actually far easier than I expected, just opened the sprite files with snip and sketch and it was piss easy to edit them for suitable use, afterwards it just was a matter of finding a soundfile and party icon, name them ARCHALUDON and then just copy and drag 'em to their appropriate folders.
I could probably do the same for Walking Wake but I'm a bit overwhelmed right now from the lack of sleep and work.

Miraidon might've been a bit overkill. 4 tries. It surprisingly wasn't quite as free as it looked since Scovillain and Baxcalibur basically solo my team if either of them get a boost, but once they were down it was no problem. There were a few options to get by Exeggutor without letting it set up screens, but debugging First Impression "early" (look at his level up pool's levels if you want a laugh) onto Slither Wing seemed like the best way to go since it'll probably be his last opportunity to do anything majorly impactful this playthrough and I really want him to contribute to at least 1 major boss.

initially i used gyarados instead of sceptile once magcargo died so i could bring it down low enough for golduck to finish moltres off but demice must have psychically sensed me using it and made it so sky attack crit and flinch every single fucking time, 12 attempts in a row, at the end of the fight like that, so i used sceptile to just get the chip i needed. gotta love fight design that's just 'attempt the same fight you know is winnable a billion times repeating the same inputs until the rng gods decide to let you through'. i know i'm challenge running a hardmode and this is an optional superboss but jesus FUCKING christ

There is no problem in wanting the side characters to do something but do it by giving the side characters their own stuff or make them help out as a double battle instead of a cutscene after the fight, like have Aelita always join you whenever you fight Geara because he tortured her/have her fight him while you fight other peole or have stuff like the Geara + Giratina be a Double Battle with you and Narcissa instead of you fighting both alone then getting saved or just set up from the start as Narcissa deals with one and you with the other so it isn't you getting saved but you two dealing with half of the problem
Well because of the side character bloat there might not be enough to give to everyone and because the villains often get bailed after being defeated so they can stick around a lot of those points would probably stay in another way, why the hell is Madelis still around?
Could even use more of the play as another character for a bit, and to not make these parts feel samey on repeat playthroughs you could give the player like a box/half of a box worth of pokemon to choose from to use in those sections that you can customize with some TMs and EV/IV manipulation or like 3 different premade teams for each character

I think one of Ashen Frost's bigger UI problems is that it's not always good about leaving you reminders about what you were last doing when you take a break. Sometimes the case file helps, but the further you go into the game it becomes decreasingly useful for that.

Will do a few catches before readying for work, I forgot Sneedsler counted as a regional variant, there's some pretty good catches up Mt.Trebel that I can use for my selected specialization, besides that, I need to make a question of sorts, does Basculegion count as an evolution of a regional variant? White Stripe Basculin is basically all but stated to be a regional variant and I'm inclined to use regional evolutions like Overqwill, but that might be a stretch.

Initial impressions on Sandy Shocks are very good as expected; it's arguably better than Walking Wake due to better offensive typing and a similar offensive statline at the cost of being slightly frailer. Given it has natural access to an offensive semi-boosting move in Charge Beam, slapping an Assault Vest on it lets it easily run away with games if it's allowed to leverage the increased special bulk to fish for a boost as its STAB combo has very good super effective coverage rather than being forced to hit for neutral like Walking Wake often does. It feels weird comparing the Magneton paradox to the Suicune paradox but their similar statlines and roles invite such comparisons really easily.
