Cinderace's red tuft of hair looks kinda bad but your redesign doesn't look much better and that yellow thing it has for eyebrows looks better than in your version because it's sort of like a crown instead of weird-looking eyebrows.
Also, there's a reason why Og Cinderace has dark blue elements especially on its lower half and it's color theory.
You completely destroyed this balance and made it look too yellow by using pretty much only warm colors.
Legs like that make it look too much like Blaziken and overall the design looks old in the wrong way. Using limited colors in Gen1-2 wasn't much of an artistic choice, it was more a technical limitation of the Game Boy hardware.
