>>56250361 You can definitely run Nidoking as physical. Earthquake is as good as sheer force earth power when you factor in Nidokings higher attack stat. Your poison attack option is definitely weaker though, poison jab is much weaker than sludge wave. However, physical Nidoking gets sheer force iron tail, which has a BP of 130. Also crunch/throat chop whereas special Nidoking cannot do dark type damage. Also you could use Megahorn, which again, special Nidoking can't output bug type damage. A mixed attacker Nidoking could take advantage of Superpower, and still hang onto its high special attack. Honestly, even a modest Nidoking could still carry superpower just to kill blissey or Chansey, or finish off a weakened Porygon2. There's a good amount of reasons to arguably want to use physical sets on Nidoking, or mixed attacking sets.
