Currently working on an upgrade/overhaul ROM Hack of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, using the sprite repository to add as many full evolution lines to the game as possible, with the resources available.
I'll be adding/changing features including
>Ability to choose your starter manually after taking the questionnaire
>Fairy Type & Generation 6+ Type Chart, as well as Fairy-Type Gummies
>Additional option to appraise all Treasure Boxes at once
>Disabling Weather Damage from halting the player in their tracks when damage is applied
>Addition of the Experience Share feature added in Gates to Infinity onward
>Tweaks to In-Dungeon Enemy Evolution
>L+A/B/X/Y Move Shortcut Functionality
>Ability to choose a Partner Pokémon with an overlapping Type
As well as any other quality of life features that I can implement to the game. These include
>Updating every Pokémon's Movepools/ Egg Moves to that of the most recent generation they've appeared in- with many additions to improve S.T.A.B. Move Availability
>Altered/Additional Types to buff or change Certain Pokémon (Example: Making Grovyle/Sceptile Grass/Dragon-Type)
>Removing the need for an additional Link Cable for Trade-Evolution Pokémon that require an additional Item (Example: Porygon/Porygon2/Porygon-Z)
>A completely new roster of Starter/Partner Pokémon
>Updated Sprites & Portraits for all Pokémon previously available in EOS
Along with any other alterations I can make to which Moves are available through TM/what Pokémon can learn them.
Currently this is a small project meant to significantly change the gameplay- with no clear vision for an altered script/story, however I am open to ideas if others would like to contribute or offer insight.
Let me know what ideas/requests you may have to improve EOS overall- or things that you'd like to see changed/added to the game.
