Small details like that matter with simple designs like Pokemon. Mega Gengar is another one. At first glance, a solid 8/10 design, immediately in the dumpster at 1/10 once you realize this fucker doesn't emerge from the shadows like Dugtrio, but walks around with these chicken thigh legs.
