>Download VBA >Download file >Open VBA and run file or drag and drop Yet I've known many people IRL who are too lazy to do even that or seem to think it's much harder than that and ask me to do it for them instead. Not to mention the legion of idiots on twitter who seem to think that you need leet hax0r skills to get an emulator or rom when it's as simple as going on Google.
Also as nice as owning these little trinkets is, take it from someone who does own them, unless you're really dead set on playing them on the Gameboy there's really not much point. They just sit around and gather dust because of how much more convenient it is to play through other means. I fucking adore my Gen 1 and 2 carts as well as Stadium 1 and 2 but it's far more convenient to play them via retroarch/mupen where I've got speed up, save states to save and drop in and out whenever I need (which is very convenient during the working week) and being able to play them with remapped controls.
As much as I love my GBA SP it doesn't quite fit in my hands as well as it once did 20 years ago and I'm a clumsy retard so I occasionally end up hitting the cart with my hand or against something as I'm setting it down and if I haven't saved then my soul is crushed.
