The first and last one makes Mega Evolution act like an instant "super saiyan" button, which is cool. There's nothing wrong with the second type but it's not what some might expect from a Mega. Sableye are skittish and flighty so a huge defensive boost will help it against predators and prey, that's the second type. Sharpedo are vicious and violent so giving it more teeth and making it faster makes it eveb more vicious and violent, that's the third type.
