I couldn't make it to the end of Sword, it was absolutely not what a HD Pokemon game on a home console should have been.
Scarlet and Violet look disgusting and, quite frankly, insulting for an open world game on the Switch.
Between BotW, TotK and Skyrim in terms of scale to say nothing of the many conversions of PS4 games that manage to look decent on the system like DBZ Kakarot, Xenoverse 2, Nardo Storm 4, Persona 5 Royal and the like, I can't find it in my heart to take interest in them. To say nothing the content not being enough for what I believe should be in a game of that scale. PLA wasn't too good in terms of exploration, no dungeons and not very many enterable buildings, but no enterable buildings in an RPG, open world or otherwise, abhors me. I also find it weird how so many people praise the games 3 stories and how it's this bold new step for the series when it's just badges, an Team Skull Redux and totems stitched together.
Between the state of SwSh, BDSP and SV I think I'll just stick to the Legends games since they're made by Iwao and he seems to have his head screwed on right, but Ohmori's games never seem to gel well with me. Never have since ORAS.
