And looker is boring but his presence seemed to be the recurring one until gen 8. They didnt even bring him back in legends, a sinnoh game. And the worst part is that they left him with a cliffhanger in the ORAS dimension where he loses his memory.
Unless it's gamefreak's typical cryptic way of saying after gen 7, he got lost in the ultrawormhole and lost his memory, thus now hes finished as a character
