paradox mons were, in general, a mistake. interesting ideas with mostly bad execution. there's some interesing ideas in here such as Iron Tread's optical illusion face, but I tink they could have been much more than what we ended up getting. why not more vehicle hybrids like Miraidon?

I like their concept, but as the person above me said, the execution was dogshit. Treads and Valiant are the only ones that came out innovative enough.
Give me a cubic, wind-up toy Bundle. A drone Jugulis. A satellite Moth. Mecha-Tyranitar was already a thing, yet somehow Thorns wound up looking so dull. No idea what I'd do with Hands honestly.

I don't mind them, but I think they should have just been forms. There isn't a single one that is actually an original pokemon, but the paradox mons collectively occupy 20 entries in the national dex. The future ones all have dumb-as-fuck lazy names too. I don't hate the concept, but treating them like unique pokemon is stupid.

I think people would like future paradoxes more if Jugulis wasn’t so bad. They all have really creative ideas underneath their skins for animation and moves that get fucked over by Jugulis being just Hydreigon again with nothing new. They stuck waaaay too close with Hydreigon, especially compared to Iron Moth which at least tries new things like the wing shield
