>>56313100That's a legitimate question though, and the answer is that Game Freak hated the Gen 2 Pokemon and intended them to be filler to make the KANTOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pokemon look better, that's why the useless baby Pokemon exist, why Unown is intentnially unfinished and why the starters were never shilled.. Game Freak didnn't want you to get attached to the Gen 2 Pokemon or even see Johto as a real region. .
