The world always needs more Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Igglybuff or even Scream Tail.
Clef family can join in, as long they understand their role as the inferior puffball who mainly exists to make Jiggs look cuter.

Aside from the fact they didn't play vidya back then, I can't recall seeing a girl player who ever uses either Jigglypuff, Clefairy or Chansey.
