Cyrus' entire team is incredibly generic for a bad guy, Lysandre at least has a lion which kind of fits his general visual motif and as such comes across as more uniquely him.
When I think of Giovanni I think of Nidoking or Persian, when I think of Lysandre I think of Pyroar, and when I think of Cyrus I think of his receding hairline I guess because I can barely remember which mons he uses without checking.
