I don't know why something like this wasn't done back in the X&Y era when there was an opportunity to change things around in regards to Gen1&2's most jarring design choices.

Golduck are pricks in Legends Arceus, attacking me completely unprovoked.
I don't like them.
Also, it doesn't have the decency to be Psychic-type, and its abilities are incoherent.

>Ignore weather
>Benefit from particular weather
Duck needs an ability that gives is psuedo Psychic STAB, set Psychic Terrain or something to stand out.
