Agreed, PLA is great and there's definitely lots of ideas from that game you can bring to the main series. SV already got a few of them in fact. But PLA isn't perfect and I don't think everything about it is suited to the main series. Legends should continue as a spin-off and continue to improve itself and become something truly unique.

Bringing some of the ideas that PLA has to the main franchise is fine, but making PL & the Main Series indistinguishable is super super dumb. They managed to bring ideas from PLA to SV pretty well. using the side games as experimentation for the main series is fine, and i encourage it
