Unreal engine games are braindead simple to make, because it's essentially already made for you. Did you really not notice how badly the cartoonish creature designs clash with the much more realistic scenery?
There are thousands of unreal engine games which are nothing more than scams, with people just buying asset packs, porting them into the engine, and then selling them as complete games because plenty of people don't know any better and imagine that the developer built the game from the ground up.
