Gen. IV (DS)

First, complaints. I hate whoever designed this and how it’s presented in the game. 3 trash rounds, a shakeup round, and finally the 3 rounds you actually want to play are behind an hour of playtime.
It’s not even guaranteed you’ll beat those first 3 rounds, so like I said at the top, I hate it.

So, how do you beat this? I’m doing this by hand, so no manipulations, etc. other than having all the sets pulled up and the damage calculator.

Theory I’m grinding for consistent rounds after round 4: take two elevations from your initial draft and “playing clean”. Elevations “beat” current round. Trading every round results in a controlled space where the RNG is more present and can be “manipulated” towards your favor. But I can’t test that because I play round 4, 5, 6 3 times a week.

Does anybody have a working bot they can upload to smogon? Doesn’t have to be clean. I just want to have fun and guess sets like all the thugs do online
