It took 12 months since SWSH's release for the first Galarian Sync Pair to debut (Gloria), 16 months since PLA for the first Hisuian (Adaman), and 9 months after SV for the first Paldean (Nemona).
Klara and Avery are the only DLC characters in thus far and were added a couple months ago. Arven's a popular character, yet it took a long time for him to get in compared to Nemona and Penny to the point it got memed. Who knows if and when Kieran will be added, I could see Drayton getting in before him.
