>30 mons
>small or large, weak or strong, so many possibilities
>takes place in a standard WWE size ring
>mons come out at ~90 second intervals
>over the top rope, clearly onto the floor
>species clause, no repeat mons, no multiple forms
>but can enter as a one particular form if it has the same base stat total as original (e.g. Ninetales can enter as Kanto or Alolan form, Deoxys can enter in any of its formes, Dialga et al can enter as their origin forms, Tornadus et al can enter in any form)
>flying/floating mons are free to fly/float above the ring, although ultimately they will have to come down to eliminate their opponents, and can't take it too easy as other flying/floating mons will seek to attack them in the air
>no Dynamax, Gigantamax, Eternamax - too big for the 20'x20' ring
>only one entrant may transform into a higher powered version (e.g. Mega, Primal, Crowned doggies, Ash-Gren, Complete Zygarde (it can enter as 10% or 50% though), Hoopa unbound) during the Rumble. This is established beforehand by a random draw. It gives that mon a huge advantage, no matter its number, especially if they hold off on using it until later in the Rumble, esp if it comes down to just them and one or two other mons. However, this affects the strategy of all other mons who are aware of the possibility, and thus any mons entering who are capable of this are bigger targets during the Rumble, with other mons often teaming up to eliminate any and all mons who can power up this way sooner rather than later. But it also keeps them guessing - which of the capable mons is the one that actually drew the lucky straw to use that power-up? It's kept a secret.
>if no such mons enter the Rumble at all, then obv none will be able to use it
>no high power transformation where the mon requires another mon, i.e. no Calyrex rider forms, no black/white Kyurem, no higher forms for Necrozma
>standard 1 item, 4 moves

Go!
>And here's the Pokemon who drew #1...
