So for Galar, whose entire culture revolves around its Pokemon League, a concept that only exists due to the people of Kanto, it's basically the most sponsor-friendly choice to promote Pokemon that are known to be in Kanto's Pokedex, to the point where Raihan, unfathomably popular as he is as an internet influencer, has to accept that NONE of his Pokemon will be promoted as heavily (or at all) as the other Gym Leaders' aces, never mind Leon's Charizard.
