I don't think you thought this through.
It's poisoning itself, but it no longer has Poison Heal since it's Mega Evolved.
So you're just giving yourself chip damage for no benefit.
Something like an enhanced Poison Point or Poison Touch where it deals Badly Poisoned (Toxic) instead of normal Poison.

Kek. Not gonna let you live this down OP.
I can see the thought process that led to this, which makes it pretty funny.

You won't be using Poison Heal if you use the Mega, so you're probably going to want to give this an offensive ability. Sharpness? Merciless? Wind Rider?

I think they were thinking about the item problem. You can't run a Toxic Orb and a Mega Stone at the same time. So OP gave Gliscor an ability to poison itself to get around the problem of not having that item.
It would work if Gliscor's base ability was Secretion, then it mega evolved and gained Poison Heal.

Because it can't wield any held item when it mega evolves. Unless it gets a move that causes him to get poisoned as side effect.
