Got a few details on the next Pokemon Legends Z-A trailer, working for a localization team - believe if you want.
- The Nintendo Switch 2 is going to be revealed this month. It's going to be called the Switch Attach, Switch 2 was just the codename that Nintendo have been using for investors.
- The next Legends Z-A trailer will be shown with the reveal of the next console, it's why there wasn't a Presents in August and why all the mobile games were shown at worlds/shadow dropped.
- Multiple games will be shown with the Switch Attach including an open world Mario game, a new Mario Kart game and much more.
- Legends Z-A is still for the Switch, it's just going to be a huge reveal event for the next console and so Nintendo + Gamefreak thought more eyes would be on the new game if they revealed a trailer during the event, it will be playable on the Switch Attach but just via backwards compatibility.
- The trailer isn't going to be super long, roughly 1 minute 20 seconds.
- It will show off the starters, protagonists, character customization, gameplay, small parts of the Lumiose city town, returning Pokemon and the professor - an ancestor of Sycamore.
The main promotional push for this game will start next year in February on Pokemon Day. Assuming Pocket news will be soon too but that's not my area so not 100% sure.
