It doesn't even feel like an evo and appears less developed than its prior stage with simpler shapes + shorter tongue. And the bib pattern doesn't help when its a more suitable motif for a baby pokemon.

The design still fails at being engaging as nothing excting is done with the tongue but instead they made Lickitung appear younger/less developed and called it a day.
