But you have GOT TO STOP constantly second-guessing yourself. You have spent so much of your time designing new starters, or redesigning existing ones. That effort should be put towards other fakemon or other elements of the game.
I don’t know how development is going, but if it’s direction is anything like how back-and-forth you are on fakemon, well I bet it’s in development Hell.
Do you constantly redesign or rename your towns? What about routes or other areas of the region? How about trainers, like the gym leaders and league? How many times have you gone back and forth on stuff beyond fakemon?
You needs to commit. Everything you’ve got, set it in stone and forget about it entirely. Move on. Accomplish other areas of your fan game.
Your heart is clearly in it. You can make a great product. But you will NEVER see a finished product if you keep looking back.
Sometimes revision is necessary, sure. But not nearly to the degree I’ve seen you do, and it makes me concerned for your project’s future. Imagine all the work you’ve made on it completely wasted because you couldn’t just commit?
