>>56418709While I agree she could also pass as a younger teen, the only things about dawn that looks odd for a 10 year old is how short her skirt is and how elaborate her hair style is. Otherwise it's not that far off from what the girls in my 5th grade class would wear to school, especially the ones that were getting into fashion trends and liked to dress up rather than just throw on jeans and a tshirt. I definitely wouldn't clock her over 14 though, she does not look old enough to be learning to drive.
The other one definitely looks 4ish, taller than a toddler but still dressed like one, clearly her mommy is clinging hard to the days of being able to dress her little girl up like a doll before inevitably having to let her have more independence.
