Did pokemon give me gender dysphoria? No. Have I ever wished I was a girl? Yeah, and I have enjoyed crossdressing from time to time, but I'm happy being a man I embrace it. I also am grateful for being strong, tall, and not affected by the typical downfalls of womanhood. The idea of being an accountable, reliable provider and protector suits me.
In the Pokemon world I wouldn't pick to be a girl/woman. I'd pick to be a Pokemon cause that's way cooler and more interesting. But I wouldn't mind if my trainer was a cute girl.
